"Blooter" would be confused with the word "Blotter", but the word Blooter does exists but is rarely used and it means "A babbler, a bumbling idiot, a fool." Blooter can also be a verb "To do poor work, to botch a job; to kick a ball in a hard and usually wild manner; To shriek, to cry in a shrill manner."
